You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

🎁 Holiday Return Policy Extension

For purchases made between October 15th and December 31st, we offer an extended return period through January 31st of the following year.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase.

  • Standard return conditions still apply.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, beauty tools)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards or sale/clearance items

The fastest method is to:

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.

This means you may return any item, for any reason, within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
